Haziq's Drama Practice

Okay, I'm here...

Alright, I went to Haziq's drama practise at around 2.15 pm.
Apparently, a lot of people didn't want to come.

If I'm not mistaken, only Haziq, Kamal, Puteri, Fadhilah, Nafis and Jabbar were there when I arrived.

Jannah, Jas, Amirah, Jia Zhe, Aisyah, Amir and Hariz showed up later on.

Well, it was quite interesting.
The dance scene that Haziq and Jabbar choreographed was extremely hilarious!
I couldn't stop laughing!

Well, I took some pictures on my handphone...
Here they are.
Sorry if they're blurry!

Man, he's eating McDonalds! [ salivates ]

Can you believe they're supposed to be witches?

Witches! So scary!!!

The dancing kings!

During the rehearsal...

Look at them. So "professional"!

Well, we finished practising earlier than expected.
Oh well...

Anyway, I watched "Angels And Demons" yesterday.
It was awesome! If you haven't watched it, please do! Trust me, it's totally awesome!!!

Well, other than that, I don't have anything else to report...
So, I guess that's it.

Comment me, kay?

Farewell, Michael Jackson...

Okay, I'm here.

[ long sigh ]
I can't believe Michael Jackson's gone!

Oh well, he'll always be remembered as a legendary figure...
The King of Pop...
Farewell, MJ! We'll miss you!

Now, about Restaurant City...
My restaurant is gonna reach Level 18 soon! Yay!
And I wasted quite a lot of money on a jukebox. It cost me 5000 coins!
The songs alone cost a whopping 8000 each!

So, I only bought 2 songs:
1. Classic Treasures
2. The Fiesta Brothers

Besides that, I added two more tables.
I hired Lynn as a chef! [ smiles ].
And I added 1 more toilet.

Well, enough about RC...

Finally, is it embarrassing to say that, other than cycling, I also practice lightsaber combat with my brother? That's right, lightsaber combat.

I had actually took some sturdy material I found in my storeroom and turned them into durable lightsabers for me and my brother to spar with.
Truthfully, the "lightsabers" are no more than hard sticks insulated with tonnes of newspaper.

It's looks as cheap as hell, but it works!
They're quite lightweight and can withstand a lot of damage.
Am I good or what?

Anyway, lightsaber combat is not just about swinging the lightsaber brainlessly at the enemy.
It has many complicated subtleties and techniques in its own right.
Simply put, lightsaber combat is an "art"...

Basically, there are seven lightsaber combat Forms:
Form I - Shii-Cho: The Determination Form
Form II - Makashi: The Contention Form
Form III - Soresu: The Resilience Form
Form IV - Ataru: The Aggresion Form
Form V - Shien / Djem So: The Perseverance Form
Form VI - Niman: The Moderation Form
Form VII - Juyo / Vaapad: The Ferocity Form

I've already mastered 5 of the 7 Forms.
I'm still practising Form III and Form VI.

Anyway, I've discovered that sparring using lightsabers is a good way to make you sweat a lot.
It also sharpens your reflexes and strengthens the upper body area.
Oh well, I'm just saying...

For those of you who are interested in this kind of thing, you can go to this link to find out more about lightsaber combat:

Lightsaber Combat

Anyway, I'm going to school tomorrow to practice for Haziq's drama.
I'm bringing chocolate for Jas, Lynn, Evo, and Jannah!
What can I say?
I am a kind-hearted and generous person who just has too much chocolate!

Finally, this music video that I've just discovered is totally awesome!!!
It rocks! I love it!
Check it out if you haven't. It's really cool!
Here's the link,

Oh well, I guess that's it.

"The Wall Of Creativity"

Alright, I'm here.

Okay, I'm seriously running out of stuff to post because honestly, nothing interesting has happened so far!

But let's see what I can dig up, kay?

Firstly, let me recall what happened at school today.

Erm, the Islamic students had to go for a lecture on how to score for the Islam paper in the PMR examination.
So, we got to skip Bahasa Malaysia! Yay!

Nothing much happened after that...

In the afternoon, which was after school, Ashman and I were waiting for Hazwan, who was in the middle of something.
We were unbelievably bored.
So we went to the "Wall Of Creativity"...

For those of you who don't know what's a "Wall Of Creativity", it's a wall prepared by our school as an attempt to reduce the amount of graffiti around the school compound.
Basically, students can go to the "Wall Of Creativity" to scribble as much as they want, so only that particular area of the school is covered with graffiti. Ingenious, no?

We saw Alison and Tian Hui there as well...

Today is the day I scribbled on the so-called "Wall Of Creativity" for the very first time! Yay!
But sadly I used a pencil, so Ashman was able to rub off what I wrote...
Oh well...

We found Hazwan shortly afterwards.
Apparently, he needed to go home because he forgot to tell his parents that he had to stay back at school today for co-curricular activities! Unbelievable!

After that, I followed Ashman to his co-curricular activity, indoor games.

And guess what?
We played Chess! [ smiles ]
What would we do without Chess?

But the particular game that I played with Ashman today was extraordinary!
It was so tense!
Each of our moves were calculated to perfection! It was awesome, I tell you!

I actually offered to draw the game with Ashman, but he declined!
I was unbelievably frustrated and tensed, and I guess so was he...

Don't worry, I won the game in the end!

Okay, besides that, my house is currently undergoing renovations.
Many of the walls in my house are going to be re-painted! Yay!

And my school Open Day is this Saturday, so my parents are coming to my school to collect my report card. The same goes for my brother, of course...

But after that, we immediately have to rush back to Batu Pahat, Johor because my father has important matters to attend to.
After that, we have go to Malacca and stay the night there at my grandparents' house.
I'll be back on Sunday.

So I guess I won't be updating my blog on Saturday......

Well, I guess that's it.

Evil Eyes......

Okay, I'm here.

Let me try and remember what happened at school, kay?

During Geography, teacher didn't come to class, so I watched Jas and Jannah playing Chess.
Then, Ashman and I started annoying them by analysing the Chess game that they were playing! Jannah wasn't doing so good...

In the end, Ashman had to replace Jas and I had to take Jannah's place, and the worst part was that Jannah was losing badly!

I tried desperately to save Jannah's position, but my efforts were in vain. Honestly, my hands were literally shaking non-stop all the time! It was pure torture!

Okay, during Moral, we had to copy down some notes.
After that, I was looking at Kuok Fung fiddling with his Rubik cube. Lynn was sitting next to him.
I told Lynn something about Hari's blog...
Then she said that I don't make proper eye-contact when I'm talking with her!

Okay, Lynn. Let's get this straight, shall we?
I do have eye-contact whenever I talk with other people.
But for you, it's an exception.
You wanna know why?

Because your eyes are just so......evil......( no offense! )

Well, that's all that happened in school today.

Alright, my RC Gourmet Points is almost reaching 40000! Yay for me!
And my popularity is still constantly at around 48, 49, and 50. Ain't I awesome?

Here's a picture...
Sorry if it's quite small or blurry, kay?

See? My popularity is at 50! And it usually remains there for quite some time. I'm still not that rich, though.
Oh well...

Finally, I watched a video on YouTube.
It was made by my friend Haziq.
It's not bad, I guess...

If you want to see it for yourself, just click the link below...

"Basketball Hero"

It's something to do with Kamal stealing a basketball, and Haziq being some sort of superhero.
Well, just check it out for yourself...( You don't really have to see it if you don't want to! )

Okay, I guess that's it.

Comment me, kay?

A Missed Call?

Okay, I'm here...

Actually, I don't have much to blog about.
Nothing interesting's happened so far.

But I'll try and dig up what I can, kay?

Let's see...
Oh yeah, Restaurant City! I almost forgot...

To be honest, it's getting kind of boring because my Gourmet Points increase very slowly now.
My restaurant used to level up really fast!
But now, my Gourmet Points increase quite slowly...

At least my popularity is always around 48, 49, and 50.

I changed my floor tiles.
I got a new award for decorating my avatar ( emo style! ).
I added two more toilets.
And I finally added dividers to separate the toilets from the rest of my restaurant.

Oh and Essie, my food is not that low-class!
Here they are:
Starter - Standard Garden Salad
Main - Standard Margarita Pizza
Dessert - Simple Kiwi Sorbet

Anyway, Ashman kept calling to ask me about the Geography Folio.
He's still not done with it yet.
I pity him because he seems so desperate!

Strangely, Jas called me at around 9.50 in the morning, but I didn't answer because I was not with my handphone at the moment.
I saw there was a missed call on my handphone from Jaslyn.

Erm, Jas, do you know anything about this?

Well, I guess that's it.

Comment me, kay?

Official Trailer!

Alright, I'm here.

Okay, I posted another video on YouTube.
Actually, it's a trailer.

Remember the "Dr Jekyll And Mr Hyde" English Project?
Well, this video is the official trailer.

Check it out, it's really cool.
I tried to make it look like a real movie trailer.
But there were a few mistakes. I explained it all in the video description.

I used Windows Movie Maker yet again!
I'm just so used to it!

I included many Star Wars soundtracks in the trailer. In fact, all the music in the trailer is from Star Wars!
What can I say?
Star Wars soundtracks really make a video seem so cool and dramatic!
These soundtracks are:
1. Star Wars Episode 3 - The Boys Continue
2. Star Wars - Duel of The Fates
3. Star Wars Knights Of The Old Republic 2 - The Jedi Enclave

You can check out my new trailer here...

SMKBJ 3 Omega Dr Jekyll And Mr Hyde Official Trailer!

Anyway, I have almost 26000 Gourmet Points in Restaurant City! Wow!
I surprise even myself!

Let me see...
I added two new tables.

And I hired Essie to work in my restaurant. She's a waiter!
And ever since she started working in my restaurant, my popularity sky-rocketed!
Before I knew it, my popularity soared to 50!

Apparently, 50 is the maximum popularity that a player can achieve!

But when my employees' stamina decreases by 10%, my popularity will drop.
So all I have to do is to keep all my employees' stamina above 90%. Piece of cake!

But since my restaurant is relatively still quite small, and the customers are literally flooding in, my computer has serious lagging problems.

Oh well, I'll soon overtake Nani!
All I have to do is be patient.
She's got almost 90000 Gourmet Points, for crying out loud!

And just now, my mother forced me to watch the Suze Orman show on CNBC.
It was quite okay, I guess. I particularly liked the way she talks! It's so awesome!
I really enjoyed the "Can you afford it?" part of the show! It was honestly very funny!

Finally, I took a quiz on Facebook...
And the result is that I'm "52% female and 48% male"! Can you believe that?

My friends all commented on the result like crazy!
I was so shocked with the result! How can I be more female than male? Preposterous!

Oh well, I guess that's it.

Comment me, kay?

May the Force be with you...

Jannah, I did teach you!

Okay, excluding this one, I've still got 19 Star Wars pictures left.
And I'm proud to say that this is my 60th post! Yay!

Anyway, I took Dashana's "How Well Do You Know Me?" quiz on Facebook, and guess what?
I got 100%!

And my Restaurant City Gourmet Points are now over 21000! Just another 1000 points and my restaurant will be Level 14!
But my popularity is still stuck around 36, 37 and 38...

And Evo, you copied my blog title, "Life Is Hard"!

Jannah, I DID teach you simultaneous linear equations properly, it's just that you didn't get it!
It's actually super easy!
All you need to know are a few basic principles, that's all! [ sigh ] [ slaps hand on forehead ]

If you picked A, that means you have nothing against Chess! Yay!

And my brother found the sequel to "Super Crazy Guitar Maniac Deluxe 2".
It's called "Super Crazy Guitar Maniac Deluxe 3"!
But it's like 10 times harder than the previous version!
The music is still okay, I guess...

You can try it out here...
Super Crazy Guitar Maniac Deluxe 3

Finally, I just want to tell you all the movies that I really, really, really want to watch...
1. Angels And Demons
2. Night At The Museum 2
3. Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince
4. Transformers 2: Revenge Of The Fallen
5. Narnia: Prince Caspian

Okay, that's it. I got to go and record the song "Home" by Carrie Underwood.

Comment me, kay?

May the Force be with you...

New Chess Openings

Alright, I'm here...

It turns out that I don't really have to do the oral presentation this week after all! Hooray!

And I made a mistake on my last post.
I said I was going to give a speech about "The History Of Chess", right?

Well, I change my mind.
I think I'm going to talk about "The Origins Of Chess". It's simpler, but it's still quite interesting!

Jas, Haziq, Aisyah and I were supposed to do the oral presentation after school yesterday.
After the school finished, I went to the canteen to eat my lunch.
Then, I followed Ashman and Bridget to the library for the English Language Society meeting.

Since we had nothing better to do, Ashman and I played SIX consecutive Chess games!
When ELS ended at around 4.30 pm, I was rather worried because no one called me for the oral presentation.
Then I saw Haziq, and he told me that the speech was postponed because Pn. Roslinda ( English teacher ) wasn't at school.

So it's still not over...[ sigh ]

Besides that, my brother discovered an interesting online flash game called "Super Crazy Guitar Maniac Deluxe 2".
It's kind of like Guitar Heroes, but players use the keyboard instead.

I tried it out, and so far, I can only get past the "Amateur" level!

Although the graphics aren't as nice as the real Guitar Heroes series ( What do you expect? It's a flash game! ), the songs are quite nice.
Only "Hollywise" by Blacktop Manhattan and "Truth Or Dare" by Garden State are a bit lousy...

If you want to try it out for yourself ( Just give it a shot! ), just click the link below...

Super Crazy Guitar Maniac Deluxe 2!

Anyway, the weather this morning was scorching hot!
The worst part is that I forgot to bring my fan!

And I managed to increase my marks for BM! Yay!
I also learned a new chapter in Science. It was quite interesting, I guess...

As for Chess, I've decided that the Sicilian Defense is not a good opening for me.
So, here's a list of Chess openings that I'm most likely going to use in the future:

WHITE:
1. King's Gambit
2. Benko Opening
3. Bishop Opening
4. King's Indian Attack ( transposed from Benko Opening )

BLACK:
1. Modern Defence
2. Caro-Kann Defence
3. Pirc Defence ( transposed from Modern Defence )
4. King's Indian Defence ( transposed from Modern Defence )

For those of you who actually know what these openings mean, good for you!
For those of you who don't know, well, too bad!

Finally, a question for Jannah...
Jannah, why do you hate me?
A. I didn't teach you simultaneous linear equations properly.
B. I love playing Chess.
C. Any other reason. ( Please tell me! I beg you! )
D. None of the above, which means you don't hate me anymore!

Well, that's it.

Comment me, kay?

May the Force be with you...

Speech About "The History Of Chess"

Okay, I'm here...

Remember the oral presentation, or in other words, the speech, that I have to do for Pn. Roslinda?

Well, it turns out that it wasn't the day just after my school holidays!

Phew! That was a relief!

But, the speech is due tomorrow...
And this presentation isn't going to be in front of my class...

It's going to be giving a speech to people that I don't know! [ Faints ]

Well, I already prepared the text. It's about "The Importance Of Water". Honestly, it's boring and dull! How could I even consider giving a speech about that kind of boring subject?!

So, I printed out a new text.
This time, it's about "The History Of Chess"!
Awesome, no?
Well, it's not as bad as a speech about water, right?

Oh, and my RC ( Restaurant City ) Gourmet Points is approximately more than 18000 now!
Yes, Essie! I finally overtook your restaurant! Muahahaha! [ coughs ]

But today, when I tried to access RC, a page came out saying that the Restaurant City website is undergoing maintenance. What a bummer!

I've got to admit, I am getting kind of addicted to RC! [ smiles ]

Oh, and I got most of my results for the mid-year examination.
But I don't wanna tell you my marks! Never in a million years!

Well, all I can tell you now is that I just found out that my birthday ( 30th July ) is actually during the PMR trial examination! [ cries ]
How unlucky!

And finally, Sarah, my "POG" or so-called "feminiphobia" problem is gone, I tell you, GONE!
It's settled!
It's over!
I am NOT afraid of girls anymore!!!
I AM NOT AFRAID OF GIRLS!!! [ screams into pillow ]

Well, that's it.

Comment me, kay?

May the Force be with you...

What I've Done During The School Holidays...

Okay, I'm here...

Oh, and I'm going to change my profile pictures for MySpace, Facebook, MSN, Yahoo! Messenger and Blogger. Yay!

Anyway, I've done quite a lot of interesting stuff during the school holidays.

I went for my haircut.
It was okay, I guess...
But for Jas and the rest of the gang, too bad! I DIDN'T change my hairstyle! Sorry!

I also watched Terminator: Salvation...
It was awesome! Awesome, I tell you!

You should watch this movie, even if you haven't watched the previous Terminator movies. It's really worth it! Trust me!

But before we even reached the GSC cinema at The Summit USJ, guess what?
My father's car tyre got punctured.
We had to stop near a plaza toll. I helped my father to change the tyre. Honestly, I underestimated the weight of both the punctured tyre and the spare tyre! I didn't expect them to be so heavy!

Well, enough about tyres...

The next day, my family and I went to a place called Colmar Tropicale, Bukit Tinggi.
It's a French-themed resort...
The people who built the place apparently tried to make it look as authentic as possible.

The weather there was quite cool, literally!
For those of you who have been there, you should probably know what I'm talking about...

Me and my father took some pictures during the trip.
We took them using our handphones, so don't expect the pictures to be "crystal clear"!

Here they are...

On the way to Colmar Tropicale. Don't you just love McDonalds?

Somewhere in the middle of an unknown village...

Oh my gosh, he's a giant!

I'm still holding my handphone. Unbelievable!

What are you looking at?

Would you believe that this is a wishing well?

Authentic, no?

The view of the village from the bell-tower.

Guess who?

Look into my eyes and tremble!

Somewhere in the so-called "Japanese Village"...

My little brother looks like a puppet!

That house is actually restricted to "outsiders"! Yikes!

This picture was taken somewhere in the Botanical Gardens, I think...
We went home at around 5pm. I actually managed to finish my Geography Folio just in time for dinner! Am I great or what?

Finally, one of my friends in my previous school introduced me to a game called "Restaurant City", or "RC" for short. It's kind of like Mall Tycoon or Zoo Tycoon, but now players have to manage restaurants.

Honestly, I'm not really into this kind of thing. But I played RC for a while, and before I knew it, I was actually enjoying myself!
Soon, I had more RC points than Jannah!

But apparently my RC popularity is always stuck at around 37, 38 or 39! It's so frustrating!
Oh well, I'm going to advance to Level 8 anyway! What's the rush?
I am just a beginner, right?

Well, I guess that's it.

Comment me, kay?

May the Force be with you...

The Evergreen Game!

Okay, let's get straight to the point, shall we?

As you can clearly see, I've changed my text font from "Verdana" to "Arial". I hope it's okay. If you don't like it, just post a comment in my Jedi Hologram ( cBox ).

Anyway, I went to Ashman and Hari's house yesterday.

I went to Ashman's house first.
He lead me upstairs to his room. When I entered, I saw that he had already prepared a Chess set. I just couldn't help but smile! This guy really is obsessed about Chess!

After we played 2 rounds, he showed me an annotation of a Chess game between Adolf Anderssen and Jean Dufresne. It's known as the "Evergreen Game", and the variations in it are awesome!
Here is the annotation.

White: Adolf Anderssen
Black: Jean Dufresne

1. e4 e5
2. Nf3 Nc6
3. Bc4 Bc5
4. b4 Bxb4
5. c3 Ba5
6. d4 exd4
7. O-O d3?!
8. Qb3!? Qf6
9. e5 Qg6
10. Re1! Nge7
11. Ba3 b5?!
12. Qxb5 Rb8
13. Qa4 Bb6
14. Nbd2 Bb7
15. Ne4 Qf5?
16. Bxd3 Qh5
17. Nf6+!? gxf6
18. exf6 Rg8
19. Rad1 Qxf3?
20. Rxe7+! Nxe7
21. Qxd7+! Kxd7
22. Bf5+ Ke8
23. Bd7+ Kf8
24. Bxe7 checkmate

For those of you who actually know how to read and interpret Chess annotations, do try and play out the "Evergreen Game". Trust me, it's worth it!

At 2.30 pm, Ashman's parents sent us to Hari's house. The weather was horrible. It was scorching hot!

When we arrived at Hari's house, we went into Hari's room and started rehearsing for our BM drama. Hazwan was there as well. He was the director.

Apparently, my friends couldn't stop thinking about Chess!

After we finished rehearsing for the drama, Ashman literally dived to the place where Hari keeps his Chess set!
He was that desperate!

After we played Chess, we played a board game called "Risk".
For those of you who don't know, "Risk" is a strategy game where a player gets to command miniature soldiers on a world map.

A player has to go to war against other players. The outcome of battles are determined by rolling dice.
So this game practically depends on luck.
But there's still quite a lot of strategy involved, such as positioning your troops at important locations, etc...

The objective: Conquer the world, duh!

We played for almost 2 hours. But we didn't manage to finish the whole game due to reasons that can't be explained.
I was the player with the least casualties throughout the whole game. I only lost one soldier!

Besides that, I watched a movie called "Apocalypto".
It was awesome! The storyline and plot was very interesting.
It was also kind of violent, but I guess "300" is worse than this.

Finally, I'll be getting my haircut tomorrow...
So, Jas, and everyone else who wants me to change my hairstyle, keep your fingers crossed!

Well, I guess that's it.

Comment me, kay?

May the Force be with you...

Such A Busy Week...

Alright, I'm back!

As I said in my previous post, I have to go to Haritharan's house at 3 pm today to rehearse for the upcoming BM drama next week.

But apparently, my mother had to go somewhere at 1 pm, so I have to change my plans. I have to go to either Ashman or Hazwan's house and stay there until 3 pm.

Ugh, I didn't manage to finish my Geography folio last night.
I was, erm, delayed...
I guess I'm going to have to finish my Geography folio at Ashman's house.

Ugh, and then there's that speech thingy for Puan Roslinda. I haven't even started looking for the text yet!

My father asked me to try and run the System Recovery for my old computer. He handed me the System Recovery disc and told me to put it into the disk drive. I entered the System Recovery screen and followed the instructions. Then, the recovery procedure began.

It took such a long time!

In the end, when the recovery was finished, I restarted the computer. I was so confident that the computer would finally work again.

When the start-up screen appeared, a strange message appeared. It says that the old computer had some sort of "System Configuration Error". Then, the computer hanged. I didn't even reach the welcome screen!

Oh well, I'm not surprised the computer is acting this way.
The computer is ancient, I tell you.
I've had it since I was seven years old.

I guess I better just forget about it...

Anyway, my mother recently bought a novel for me. It's called "The Supernaturalist" by Eoin Colfer.
I read a few pages, and it was awesome!
It's a science fiction novel, for your information...

Oh well, I guess that's it.

Comment me, kay?

Finally! More Star Wars Pictures!

Alright, guys, I managed to find several more Star Wars pictures! Yay for me!
Trust me, there's a lot of them, just enough to keep me going for another 30 posts.

Anyway, I have to go to Haritharan's house tomorrow to rehearse for another BM drama. Ugh! Why do I volunteer for this sort of thing? [ slaps own face ]

Hazwan's the director again. Hopefully he knows what he's doing...

I also have to prepare a speech for Pn Roslinda, my English teacher. It has to be around 2 to 3 minutes long and I have to memorise it! I haven't even started looking for the subject I'm going to talk about!
And the speech is due next week!

Well, I better just grit my teeth and do it, no?

And I just realised yesterday that my Geography Folio was still missing a section.
I almost had a heart attack! Metaphorically speaking...

I managed to call Ashman yesterday and he gave me the information I needed. Tonight, I plan to finish it once and for all! Then that would be one less burden to worry about! All I have to do is just draw a few graphs and a map.
What could possibly go wrong?

Just recently, my computer got attacked by a virus. My brother was happily playing his childish online game.
I was in the toilet. I know it's embarassing, but it's the truth. ( I can't lie! )

Suddenly, he saw a message popping on the screen, stating that the computer was infected with viruses.

There was a link that says "download personal antivirus".
Even though I already told my brother before that he should just turn off Windows Internet Explorer everytime this kind of unknown message comes out, he claimed that the message wouldn't let him.

So he single-mindedly clicked the link.
When I came and tried to use the Internet, I couldn't because something was preventing me from accessing any websites!
In other words, everytime I tried to go to a website, I'd just be relocated to a screen that says "Website blocked. This website is infected with malicious viruses".

So, I couldn't use the computer for that day.
The next morning ( today ), the computer was working again! I think it has something to do with my father...
Oh well, at least it works!

Okay, I guess that's it...

Comment me, kay...

ASEAN Scholarship Placement Test!

Alright! I finally found a decent Star Wars picture!

But I better extend my search, because this is the only picture based on Star Wars that I have found so far.

Anyway, I got my new glasses!

I would have uploaded a picture of myself wearing the new spectacles, but unfortunately, I don't have any picture of myself! Too bad!

But here's a picture of my old glasses anyway!

Isn't that the greatest looking thing you've ever seen?
( I'm referring to the glasses! )

Besides that, I went for my ASEAN Scholarship placement test yesterday.

I had to wake up at 5.30 am, even though it was a Saturday! I hate my alarm clock more than ever!
My father sent me to the Sunway Convention Centre at 6 am. I was still quite groggy and I couldn't stop yawning.

When my father left me, I thought I was going to be all alone. Fortunately, I met my good old friend, Ivan Joseph. We used to go to school together at SMK Pusat Bandar Puchong 1.

Before the General Ability Test began, all the candidates gathered in a hall to be briefed about the details of the scholarship, life in Singapore, etc. The hall was freezing cold! I even had to wear a sweater

After the briefing was over, we were told to go to another hall to take the General Ability Test. We had to answer 60 questions based on patterns and sequences. But the outrageous thing is that we had to answer all 60 questions in a mere 20 minutes! The questions were easy at first, but it started to get rather tough at around question 45.

After that, I chatted with Ivan for a while. Then we were allowed to have our lunch break. I had lunch with my mother and brother. No, I didn't have lunch at McDonalds. The queue there was just too long!

I went back to the hall at 12.45 pm because the Mathematics test was about the start.
The Mathematics test was not bad, I guess.
After that, we had a 10 minute break.

Then it was time for the English test. Yay! I love English tests!
Ah, it was bliss! Writing a 300 word essay in half an hour wasn't that hard after all!

By the time everything was over, it was already 7.30 pm. My stomach was growling! I was unbelievably hungry!

After that, I met Teh Lian Sam, Gie Eng's brother. Apparently, he was taking the placement test as well. I said goodbye to Ivan and Sam. I met my father near McDonalds and we were on our way home.

And the best part is, I got to eat KFC when I got home! KFC tastes so good when you're hungry! That's the truth!

Well, I guess that's it.
